* My stock is not allowed to be used on any sim game besides Spiffyhorse.com - Using my stock for rpg games is fine, however.

* Read the rules of each specific picture. Some pictures are under creative commons and can be used in manipulations. Others are not under creative commons and can only be used as a reference picture for a painting or drawing.

* Send me a note or leave a comment on the picture you used in your drawing/painting/manipulation so I can see the finished product!

* Credits must be applied to the finished picture if used outside of DA stating that you got the horse photograph from me. (aka: [link] or Lone Orchid @ DA)

I will not hesitate to contact game owners if my stock is being misused on a game!
